Welcome to our Beautiful 3BR, 3BA Condo featuring 1,750 Square Feet. We are located Ocean Block on 45th Street. Top floor east end unit provides for fantastic views of both the Ocean & Bay. We are just steps from the large Sun Deck and Roof Top Pool, very convenient if you have children or need to refill a cocktail.
Tall 9' ceilings & extra large wide rooms are very different than your average OC Condo! All Bedrooms have their own full bath, views of Ocean & each with a Smart 60" HD flat panel TV'. Living room includes a Queen Sleeper Sofa, BluRay player for DVDs. high speed internet, Netflix & Fireplace. Our Kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Very short walk to the Beach! With no housing on the Bayside makes our Beach much less crowed then other streets. Walk to all the popular destination restaurants and bars, such as Seacrets, Mackys, Fagers Island, Dough Roller, Dumsers and the newly developed 45th Village which includes the 45th Street Taphouse, a new Nicks Mini Golf and more. Just a few blocks to the Convention Center.
